Bashes & Bubbly is a luxury event decorating and design company based in Northwest Florida. We specialize in curated bachelorette parties, birthday celebrations, showers, and larger events.
We currently serve all of 30a- Rosemary Beach, Seacrest, Alys Beach, Watersound, Seagrove Beach, Seaside, Watercolor, Grayton Beach, Blue Mountain Beach, Gulf Place, Dune Allen; Destin, Fort Walton Beach, Navarre, Pensacola Beach, and nearby areas along the Emerald Coast.
Bachelorette parties: We can plan up to one year out from the date of your bachelorette party. We recommend booking 6 months out because our calendar fills up fast during peak spring and summer months.
Large Events (25+ people): Three to four months to assure coordination with our vendors and plenty of time to source materials.
Birthdays, Showers, & Smaller Events: One month before.
Yes- a 50% deposit secures your date, with the remaining balance due 2 weeks before your event.
If canceling 6+ months out, full refund. If canceling less than 6 months out, the 50% deposit will not be refunded, but the second payment won't be due. If canceling less than one month out, no refund will be provided.
Bachelorette Parties
Absolutely! We actually love when you have a custom theme in mind. We design everything around your theme and color palette or can help you create something totally unique if you need assistance with ideas!
Yes! We decorate hotel rooms, condo units, vacation homes, townhomes, anything!
Unfortunately, we cannot arrive until your confirmed entry time. It is the client's responsibility to coordinate with property staff regarding an early check-in or early entry time for party decor set up. Please note that entry times for party setups are not guaranteed. Bashes & Bubbly accommodates multiple parties per day, and schedules are arranged based on location and available entry times. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred timing, but flexibility may be required.
Most bachelorette party set ups take 1-3 hours depending on the package and additional services booked.
Yes! We would be happy to create a custom estimate for your bachelorette party! In your inquiry on the bachelorette request form, just select 'Custom Bachelorette Package' and tell us what services you would like in the 'anything else we need to know' question.
Nope! Send us the entry code when you receive it and we will let you know when we arrive to decorate at your vacation rental. Most of our clients arrive after everything is complete to keep the surprise. Consider grabbing a drink or finding a fun activity in our Party Pass Guide while you wait.
We do not come back to remove any decorations. If you book our decor removal service, we will come back to your vacation rental on check-out day to take down all decorations and take all popped balloons and decor waste with us.
Grocery Concierge Service
Instacart who? It's like arriving to your Airbnb and finding it already stocked with your favorite snacks, champagne, and essentials! We shop, deliver, and organize your groceries in your vacation rental so you don't have to!
At the time of booking, we require $90 payment to book this service. You'll receive an email one month before the party with instructions on how to make your grocery order for pickup with times and locations to reserve. We shop at Walmart, Publix, and Target and your order is limited to 2 stores. You'll forward your receipts to us and pay a 20% delivery and stocking fee after you place the order. Our team will pick up your order, deliver everything safely, and organize it beautifully in your kitchen or bar area.
Definitely! Most clients book both. We'll stock your fridge and decorate your space in one seamless experience.
Yes! Since you're placing the order yourself, you're welcome to add any liquor and alcohol to your order at Walmart. We always provide one location for alcohol orders. Due to Florida law, we will not purchase alcohol for you. We will verify your ID before we pick up your order.
When we send you the email with order instructions we also send a sample comprehensive grocery list with groceries we recommend for the weekend. Check it out for ideas.
Event Rentals, Design, & Planning
We offer full design and styling for bachelorettes, birthdays, girls' trips, bridal showers, baby showers, corporate and military events, and private celebrations. We have a large inventory of event decor rentals and can design custom decor for your event.
