Bashes & Bubbly is not liable for balloons once they are out of our care. Environmental factors including direct sunlight, weather, children, pets, hot or cluttered car conditions, and sharp objects can impact the lifespan of your balloons. Though we do come prepared with additional balloons during set up and installation, the client is liable for the safety and care of their balloons immediately after installation is complete. 

To increase the lifespan of your balloons, be sure to keep them out of direct sunlight and, if possible, maintain a temperate climate. Keep sharp objects such as finger nails, tools, foliage, and pet claws away from your balloons. 

Balloons are a choking hazard for children under 8 years old, so all children should be supervised when in proximity to balloons. Balloons should never be left or released in outdoor environments permanently, as they can pose a danger to wildlife.
