You send over your inspiration photos and I’ll design multiple balloon mockups based on your theme and colors. Then, we’ll gather any final details with a super streamlined questionnaire. You relax while we find the perfect pieces for your party!
Once the day arrives, our team will head into your Airbnb and start setting up. Depending on your package, you’ll need 1.5-2.5 hours for us to decorate. Don’t worry, though: we’ll give you the best recommendations on activities to do or places to visit while you’re waiting on your setup!
Once your Airbnb is decorated, it’s time for you to surprise your guest of honor! Enjoy your photo-worthy setups, lounging on your pool floats, and toasting to the guest of honor. And you’ll thank yourself for hiring us instead of trying to DIY!

Yes! Since you're placing the order yourself, you're welcome to add any liquor and alcohol to your order at Walmart. We always provide one location for alcohol orders. Due to Florida law, we will not purchase alcohol for you. We will verify your ID before we pick up your order.
Can I add alcohol to my grocery order?
At the time of booking, we require a $90 payment to book this service. You'll receive an email one month before the party with instructions on how to make your grocery order for pickup with times and locations to reserve. We shop at Walmart, Publix, and Target and your order is limited to 2 stores. You'll forward your receipts to us and pay a 20% delivery and stocking fee after you place the order. Our team will pick up your order, deliver everything safely, and organize it beautifully in your kitchen or bar area.
How does your grocery concierge service work?
We do not come back to remove any decorations. You can add-on our decor removal service to any package! We’ll come back to your vacation rental on check-out day to take down all decorations and take all popped balloons and decor waste with us.
Do you take down the party decor on check-out day?
We currently serve all of 30a- Rosemary Beach, Seacrest, Alys Beach, Watersound, Seagrove Beach, Seaside, Watercolor, Grayton Beach, Blue Mountain Beach, Gulf Place, Dune Allen; Destin, Fort Walton Beach, Navarre, Pensacola Beach, and nearby areas along the Emerald Coast of Florida.
Where are you based?
Yes! We would be happy to create a custom estimate for your bachelorette party! In your inquiry on the bachelorette request form, just select 'Custom Bachelorette Package' and tell us what services you would like in the 'anything else we need to know' question.
I see options in each of the bachelorette packages that I'd like to combine and some other ideas. Can you create a custom package?
Nope! Send us the entry code when you receive it and we will let you know when we arrive to decorate at your vacation rental. Most of our clients arrive after everything is complete to keep the surprise. Consider grabbing a drink or finding a fun activity in our Party Pass Guide while you wait.
Do I need to be at the rental during set up?
Yes! We decorate hotel rooms, condo units, vacation homes, townhomes, or any other location.
I booked a hotel/condo/vacation home. Can you still decorate for me?

It is the client's responsibility to get approval from property staff for Bashes & Bubbly to come in before check-in to decorate for the bachelorette.
The client will be responsible for any damages to rental items while in their possession and will be required to sign a credit authorization.
Champagne coupes are provided.
The client must be 21 or over and show proof of ID for any grocery concierge alcohol.
